    APPLY FOR ADSL2+ SERVICE

    Please download the relevent application form and fill in the required sections.

    Please post/fax the completed form to KDDI Australia. The standard length of time for installing an ADSL line is up to 10 working days, however please be informed that ADSL may not be available depending on your location.To find out whether ADSL is available in your area, please contact us for assistance.

    CHANGE FOR ADSL2+ SERVICE

    The change of service plan will apply from the calendar month following the date that you submit the form.Please note that request forms related to changing ADSL2+ / ADSL services should be submitted before 20th of the month - this is so the change of service plan will apply from the next calendar month. However, if forms are submitted between the 20th and end of the month, the change will take effect on the 1st day of the month after next.Please complete the application form and either fax or post to KDDI Australia. Alternatively, email the form to info@kddi.com.au with your user ID, additional email account name, password, your registered address and contact details.

    UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

    UPDATE MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

    If there are any changes/updates to your address, contact number, fax number, please complete an application form for updating membership details then either fax/post to KDDI Australia. Alternatively, send an email to info@kddi.com.au containing your user ID, additional email account name, password, your registered address and contact details.

    CHANGING PAYMENT METHOD

    Please let us know of any changes or updates with regard to your payment method, credit card details etc. by sending us a completed application form via post or fax. Please avoid sending your credit details by email for security reasons.

    SERVICE CANCELLATION

    CANCELLING ADSL SERVICE

    ADSL services are terminated at the end of the applicable month. For ADSL users who seek to terminate their service at the end of the current month, a notice of cancellation should be submitted no later than the 15th day. If cancelling by email, users should state the desired date of service cancellation, the service name, user ID, registered address and contact details to info@kddi.com.au or, alternatively, users should complete the cancellation form and then either fax or post it to KDDI Australia.
